Alternatives Spread
When I arrived in Los Angeles I was excited by the tech startup scene that wasn’t here five years ago. I felt this pulling to promote and connect that. But over time I realized that what I really wanted was to spread and invent the alternative to traditional work culture. This alternative is what so many people have been waiting for. It gives them leverage. It gives them freedom. It validates them. And when it is delivered skillfully, it is very, very contagious.
